Caring for children is a constant juggling act between homework, packing lunches, scheduling classes and managing sick days, and the list goes on. Caring for aging parents presents another juggling act and laundry list – not to mention the constant worry about a potential fall or the next doctor’s visit. But caring for both children and parents is physically strenuous and emotionally trying. This session will explore the challenges of caregiving and also offer practical strategies and resources available to help you successfully care for your loved ones and also ensure that you are taking care of yourself at the same time.
