Stephanie L. Pindyck-Costantino
STEPHANIE L. PINDYCK-COSTANTINO is a partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Princeton office. She is a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group, co-leader of the firm’s Women’s Initiative, and a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee. She also serves on the Associates Committee. Pindyck-Costantino concentrates her practice on private investment funds, representing venture capital and private equity fund managers. She routinely advises clients on fund formation matters for onshore and offshore investment funds, operations and compliance, private equity investment transactions, venture capital investments, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and intra-partner dealings. The funds and companies she counsels focus on energy and natural resources, financial services and healthcare services. Pindyck-Costantino also represents domestic and foreign institutional investors and their advisors with respect to investments across industry sectors. She also counsels family offices on general investment-related matters and transactions. Before attending law school, Pindyck-Costantino was an associate producer for NPR. She earned a BA from Middlebury College, an MA in magazine, newspaper and online journalism from the SI Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University, a JD from Syracuse University College of Law, and an MA in English from the Breadloaf School of English at Middlebury College. @pepper_law
