Shoma Chatterjee
SHOMA CHATTERJEE heads the leadership development and coaching practice at ghSMART, an executive advisory firm. She focuses on advising executives in asset management, financial services, and private equity firms on scaling their leadership impact as they take on bigger and broader roles. Her research interests include leadership acceleration for senior women leaders, trading psychology in investment firms, and the politics of succession planning. Prior to ghSMART, she co-headed the senior leadership development function, (Pine Street), at Goldman Sachs where she focused on developing and coaching the firm’s partners, managing directors, and select external clients. Chatterjee earned has a BA from Northwestern University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and an MA in international affairs from Columbia University. She is a certified executive coach and founding fellow at the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School/McLean Hospital.
