Reshema Kemps-Polanco
RESHMA KEMPS-POLANCO currently serves as vice president, sales and marketing, solid tumors with Janssen Oncology at Johnson and Johnson. Prior to her current role, she served as VP, global commercial disease leader for GU oncology. Kemps-Polanco joined Janssen in 2014 as the global marketing leader for Prostate Cancer after a fifteen year career with Novartis. She was the recipient of the Rising Star Award from the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) in 2014. She is a member of J&J’s Women’s Leadership & Inclusion ERG and the African-American Leadership Council. Kemps-Polanco is also a past board member for Jersey Battered Womens’ Services, and was recently selected as a KPMG Future Leaders Mentor. She earned an MBA from Rutgers University, an MA in industrial and organizational behavior from Louisiana Tech University, and a BA in social work from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
