Raquel Arredondo
RAQUEL ARREDONDO is the assistant director for Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business MBA/MS career services office. In this role she works with LeBow’s part-time and executive MBA students providing career and professional development advisement. She is responsible for corporate outreach initiatives, connecting students and faculty with industry professionals to provide additional career insights, mentoring, involvement in campus programs and experiential learning opportunities. Additionally she is an adjunct professor teaching an undergraduate career management capstone course. Arredondo has over 20 years of experience working within talent management and training and development in a number of roles within corporate human resources as well as higher education. During this time she has been invited to share her insights and expertise with numerous organizations such as Dress for Success “Going Places Network,” UrbanPromise Academy in Camden, NJ, the Camden County Women’s Health Conference, the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s Annual Conference, as well as the annual Pennsylvania Conference for Women. She is an advisory board member for the Salvation Army Kroc Center in Camden, NJ, a member of ALPFA, the Association of Latino Professional for America and a registered yoga instructor. Arredondo earned her undergraduate degree from George Mason University and graduate degree from Rowan University. @rm_arredondo
