Rachel Block

RACHEL BLOCK is a customer success manager at Microsoft, where she empowers her Fortune 100 customers to achieve more. She focuses on successful business outcomes and value realization of an inclusive workforce. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2017, Block gained fifteen years of experience, largely in the pharmaceutical industry, in roles of increasing responsibility across engineering, supply chain, IT, relationship management, and managed markets. She is a passionate solution seeker and believes that every individual has unique strengths that should be fostered. Block believes in supporting young women interested in STEM careers, speaking at Villanova’s Society of Women Engineers events and Microsoft’s Grad Night. She is a Prosci® certified Change Practitioner and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Blocked earned an MBA in finance and a BS in chemical engineering, both from Villanova University. @microsoft
