Niharika Shah
NIHARIKA SHAH is VP and head of brand marketing and advertising for Prudential. In her role she heads Prudential’s fully-integrated in-house advertising agency, oversees brand and content strategy, social media and sponsorship practices, external agencies and in-house media planning and buying. Being a technology savvy marketer with experience leading integrated marketing at leading brands and agencies, she is constantly evaluating emerging media and technologies to meet real consumer needs and deliver business results. She thrives in dynamic environments and is a fan of the “always-on” creative approach to brand innovation. Shah earned a BE in computer science from University of Mumbai (India) and an MBA in marketing and entrepreneurship from the Rutger’s Executive MBA Program. @prudential
