Nicole Gold

NICOLE GOLD has more than two decades of diverse experience in the health insurance industry. Since joining Independence Blue Cross in 2000, she has held leadership roles in sales and marketing, medical management, strategy, and operations. At Independence she implemented a six-month program to prepare high-potential individual contributors for a management role. She serves on the selection committee for Know Your Value, and is a member of Independence’s Learning Development advisory council. She is also an avid mentor. Gold is on the board of The POWER of Professional Women and chair of its programming committee. She served the Career Wardrobe in Philadelphia, and is a longtime supporter of the United Way. Gold earned an MA in health services administration from George Washington University and a BA in international relations at The American University. She is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Philadelphia, a Certified Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant, and a Certified Leading Organizational Transition Change Management Consultant. @ibx
