NADYA GONZALEZ is currently the global HR leader for the Aramids and Water business within DuPont Water & Protection that represents more than 2500 global employees. In this capacity Gonzalez partners with the global leadership team to define and drive the HR strategy. Prior to her current role, she has held various HR leadership roles in-talent acquisition, total rewards, organization and talent management, executive coaching, DE&I, and global HR leader over the past 20 years. She has experience in a variety of industries from pharmaceutical to management consulting, and multi-industrial. She is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture and is personally passionate in helping to enable talent to reach their maximum potential. Gonzalez is bilingual and holds a BS from Boston University and a Master of organizational psychology and development from St Joseph’s University. She is a mom to her son Aiden and her King Charles Cavalier Bella.
