Marissa MacGauley

MARISSA MACGAULEY is the senior manager of talent acquisition at Bristol Myers Squibb. She is responsible for leading a team that oversees all of the recruitment efforts for the global cell therapy manufacturing network and BMS’ global manufacturing sciences and technology and supply chain departments within cell therapy. MacGauley started her recruiting career at PharmaLogics Recruiting, a biopharmaceutical recruiting agency, working with clients in both the U.S. and Europe. She then transitioned to Juno Therapeutics, which has since been acquired by BMS, leading the recruiting efforts at their small site in MA and supporting recruiting efforts at the HQ office in Seattle, WA. In her most recent role prior to BMS, she led research and development recruiting at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and helped the company double in size within a few short years.
