Lisa Washington

LISA WASHINGTON is the senior vice president and chief legal officer of WSFS Bank. She is an experienced legal executive and corporate officer. Washington has more than twenty-five years of legal experience in corporate governance and public company compliance. Prior to WSFS, she worked at Atlas Energy Group, LLC, where she served as vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary. During her thirteen year tenure with Atlas and its predecessors, Washington served as a member of the executive management team and was responsible for all legal, corporate governance, and compliance matters. Prior to Atlas, she was a corporate associate with Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia and a litigation associate at Fox Rothschild LLP, also in Philadelphia. Washington holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, an MBA in public policy and finance from The Wharton School, and an AB in comparative literature from Princeton University. @WSFS
