Lea Knight

LEA KNIGHT is the VP of finance for the Janssen Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson. She leads a team of over 120 people located across the globe. In her role, she is responsible for partnering with the supply chain organization to drive operational excellence and influence strategic decision making to support long-term agility and efficiency. Over the past seventeen years, Knight has worked for Johnson & Johnson in five different operating companies in the global services, consumer, pharmaceutical, and corporate sectors supporting commercial businesses and corporate functions. She has over twenty five years of experience in finance and accounting. She is also a CPA and a board member for the Public Interest Law Center. Knight, her husband, Claude, and sons, Collin and Mason reside in Flourtown, PA. Knight has a degree in accounting from the University of Virginia and an MBA in finance and strategic management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. @JNJNews
