KRISTINA NICOLES is the senior vice president of human resources at Holman, an integrated global automotive services organization with over 7,000 employees worldwide. A Holman veteran of nearly 20 years, Nicoles has held a number of progressive customer- facing and operational leadership roles before transitioning to HR in 2015. Appointed to her current role in 2022, Nicoles leads a global team of HR professionals with responsibility for the development and execution of HR strategies in the areas of talent acquisition, total rewards, employee engagement, learning & talent development and corporate social responsibility. Nicoles’ passion lies in cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce and she plays an integral role on the Women of Holman advisory board as well as the company’s DEI council. Nicoles has made significant contributions as a member of Holman’s Executive Leadership Team by fostering strong strategic partnerships and providing business-centric HR solutions to support the future growth and success of the organization. Nicoles currently resides in Southern New Jersey with her husband Bryan, their two young children, and family dog.
