Kendall O’Brien
Kendall O’Brien is vice president, corporate finance for Johnson & Johnson. She is a lifetime advocate for global talent development, women and work life integration. She has championed the Financial Leadership Development Program, the Finance African American Council, and MentoringWorks among many areas. O’Brien was chosen by the Johnson & Johnson executive committee to lead the Women’s Leadership Initiative, the largest and oldest employee resource group within Johnson & Johnson. She brings a strategic focus on growth and strong financial management to the business. Currently, O’Brien works with acquisitions and divestitures for the enterprise. Previously, she was group finance vice president, medical devices and diagnostics, where she was responsible for the financial management and business support of the global segment. She also has the role of CFO for the North American Pharmaceuticals business and the ETHICON business. O’Brien earned B.A. in both accounting and Ffnance at Lehigh University. She was awarded the Tribute to Women in Industry award and is on the Healthcare Businesswoman Association advisory board. @jnjcares
