Kate Allison

KATE ALLISON is the Chair of the Board of Managers of the Philadelphia Foundation. Kate also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Academy of Music and Villanova University’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Advisory Board.

She is the founding principal of the Karma Agency, a strategic communications firm that she sold in 2019 after 20 years as CEO. Currently, Kate provides strategic consulting on a range of assignments from transactions to reputation management and crisis communications.
