KAILEI CARR is the CEO of The Asbury Group, which specializes in image, presence, branding, and leadership development for executive women. Through her signature approach — which helps leaders discover their personal power and show up as their best selves online and in the office — she has helped high-potential women thrive and advance to the C-suite. Carr earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Emory University.
