Heather McNicholl

HEATHER McNICHOLL holds the position of director vendor education, engagement and product discovery with QVC. In this role, she develops new vendor discovery programs that are deployed in QVC’s U.S. market and shared with the International markets.  She is also responsible for leading the vendor education and development team developing and leading a variety of programs designed to cultivate and grow QVC’s vendor community. McNicholl has been with QVC for 18 years and has held positions in the retail division, quality assurance, vendor relations, sales, marketing and merchandising.  Prior to joining QVC, McNicholl held leadership  positions with Barnes & Noble and various specialty stores.  She earned a B.S. in marketing from University of Delaware. @qvc
