Grace Speights

GRACE SPEIGHTS is a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, the largest law firm in the United States.  She also serves as co-managing partner of the Washington, D.C. office, the firm’s largest office. She is also co-chair of the firm’s diversity committee.  As a practicing trial lawyer, Speights is a trusted advisor to high profile clients in connection with employment discrimination claims, primarily those involving class claims and on counseling clients regarding best practices for corporate diversity initiatives. She has handled many employment discrimination class action cases and has also defended several cases involving claims of discrimination in public accommodations. Speights was the first woman at Morgan Lewis to be inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers.  She has been consistently recognized with individual honors for her work and, in addition to her multiple management roles for the firm, is an active member of bar associations as well as several boards and community organizations. @morganlewislaw
