Dr. Lauren D’Innocenzo

DR. LAUREN D’INNOCENZO  is an associate professor of organizational behavior and provost solutions fellow at Drexel LeBow College of Business. Her research focuses on understanding team effectiveness by exploring compositional elements, contextual influences, as well as emergent team dynamics. Practically speaking, her emphasis is on how to leverage the knowledge, skills, and abilities of team members and encourage effective team processes through leadership, productive interactions, and supportive environments. Using an applied research approach, she has worked with a number of Fortune 500 and Global Fortune 500 organizations, governmental agencies, and a consortia of hospitals in a variety of capacities including executive education programs, management training, interventions, executive reporting, consulting, and data-driven research. Dr. D’Innocenzo was named to 2019 Poets & Quants Best 40 Under 40 Business Professors.
