DELANA WARDLAW, MD, FAAFP is a board-certified family medicine physician practicing in Philadelphia. She treats multiple generations of families and has dedicated her career to bridging care gaps in medicine. For her tremendous commitment, Dr. Wardlaw was awarded the 2020 Pennsylvania Family Physician of the Year Award. Dr. Wardlaw is also one half of Twin Sister Docs, created with her identical twin sister Dr. Elana McDonald, to promote health, wellness and self-advocacy. Their mission is based on 3 Ts: Trust, Translate, Transform. Trusted messengers that provide accurate information which translates into people becoming active participants in their healthcare leading to transformation outcomes. Twin Sister Docs are the recipients of a variety of awards and have also been featured on Good Morning America, The Drew Barrymore Show, in People magazine, a Walgreens documentary and several media segments.
