Dr. Corinne Post

Learning Stage

DR. CORINNE POST is the Fred J. Springer Endowed Chair in Business Leadership and Professor of Management at the Villanova School of Business. She is an internationally recognized expert on diversity, equity, and inclusion with a focus on women on boards, in top management teams, and in leadership roles. Dr. Post has presented her research at academic conferences and professional organizations internationally and earned a grant from the National Science Foundation. Her work is published in leading academic journals. Her research has been discussed in places such as the Harvard Business Review, Financial Times, Forbes, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post. She directs the Inclusive Leadership executive education program at the IMD Business School. Dr. Post earned her BS in organization management and a masters in international management from HEC, University of Geneva and HEC, University of Lausanne (Switzerland). She received her PhD in organization management from Rutgers University (USA).
