DIANE VANNATTA has been with Bank of America as a member of human resources for 24 years. In various roles, VanNatta has provided a broad range of human resources expertise to various businesses across the enterprise. VanNatta is currently the human resources executive for small business & specialty lending, consumer & small business products and retirement and personal wealth solutions. In this role, she partners with business leaders throughout the organization to provide advice and guidance in areas including policy, talent management/succession planning, training & development, compensation, and employee relations. She also supports business leaders in crafting HR strategies that align with the business strategy to improve performance and drive results. VanNatta is a graduate of Rutgers University, Douglass College with a degree in psychology and holds a New Jersey Teacher Certification in early childhood education. VanNatta resides in Branchburg, NJ with her 2 children, Steven and Gianna.
