DAMARIS SCHNEIDER is a managing director at State Street’s transformation management office. For over twenty years, she has been a dynamic leader in driving transformation, innovation, and inclusion. She is responsible for international engagement to support the organization’s transformation, achieving enterprise-wide enabling capabilities that drive efficiency, improved client and employee satisfaction, and growth for the company. Most recently, she comes to us from Deloitte, a multinational professional services organization, where she served as managing director within Deloitte’s information technology services organization. As the India delivery organization leader and chief inclusion leader, she was focused on talent development, employee engagement, organization, culture and diversity transformation strategies and initiatives. As a sought-after speaker, proud Latina, and mother, she prides herself on being an authentic and empathetic leader— acknowledging people in all of their facets and understanding unique needs.
