Courtney Mullen
COURTNEY MULLEN is a young professional, skilled in pediatric physical therapy. She started at Shriners Hospitals for Children—Philadelphia as a training student and has continued to grow her career as a licensed physical therapist at our hospital since 2012. Mullen is a member of American Physical Therapy Association, Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association and American Physical Therapy Association-Pediatric Section. In addition, she is an adjunct professor at Temple University within the physical therapy department. She has been published in professional journals and presented at national conferences. She is the rehabilitation specialist in the FIERCE clinic, where she educates athletes on injury prevention and safety. Mullen graduated from Wilkes University in Wilkes Barre, PA, with a B.A. in psychology and neuroscience, and continued on to receive her doctorate in physical therapy at Temple University. In addition to her schooling, she is a board certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist in physical therapy, which demonstrates her commitment to pediatrics, her advanced skills as a practitioner and devotion to the pediatric population.
