Condylia Courtney

CONDYLIA COURTNEY is the global product manager in DuPont water solution’s ion exchange resin business. She bucked conventional wisdom that specialization is the path to success, and instead built a career based on cultivating range. From healthcare and liquid separation to federal government contracting, Courtney’s eleven years of experience span several industries and a variety of roles. What has remained consistent throughout is her commitment to changing traditional work cultures and policies to remove barriers to the advancement of women. She recently spearheaded the successful effort to dramatically enhance DuPont’s parental leave policy. Courtney earned a BS in government and marketing from the College of William and Mary, and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. She is a recovering perfectionist, who still struggles, but at least recognizes the problem.
