Colleen Eichman

COLLEEN EICHMAN is a senior manager with Janssen’s commercial and leadership excellence department at Johnson & Johnson. In her role, she is responsible for developing innovative leadership and learning solutions for Janssen’s North American Pharmaceutical sales leaders. Additionally, she serves as a trusted advisor to senior-level leaders as she shapes coaching abilities and leadership mindsets. She has created transformational initiatives across the Johnson & Johnson enterprise as it relates to the organization’s DE&I initiatives. Specifically, she has been recognized for her work with Re-Ignite, a global talent acquisition strategy that recruits talent back into the workforce after career breaks. Through Re-Ignite, she created Re-Ignite coaching, a global coaching program for JNJ colleagues who are committed to “re-igniting” their careers, regardless of where they sit within the organization.
