CHRISTY SIEGEL is senior vice president & US therapeutic area head, immunology for Novartis US Innovative Medicines where she is making a significant impact for patients through growth of a multi-billion dollar immunology portfolio. For almost 20 years, Siegel has held various roles within Novartis, most notably as general manager, US breast and women’s cancers, vice president and head, US solid tumors franchise and global and US respiratory franchise head. Siegel is a purpose-driven leader who brings deep and broad US commercial experience in complex specialty disease areas and across the research, development and commercialization continuum of pipeline planning, launch and growth maximization. She is known for building diverse, high-performing teams and championing a culture of inclusivity, authenticity, fun and centered in a patient-first mindset. Siegel holds a doctor of pharmacy degree from Rutgers University. She volunteers as the executive sponsor of the Novartis CapABLEEmployee Resource Group and as a board member for her local Special Parents Association.
