Christina Minardi started her career in the food industry at an early age. Raised in the family-owned and operated Minardi’s Bakery of Paterson, New Jersey, she developed the essential tools and knowledge to ready her to become an effective leader, run a profitable operation and create a desirable environment. Looking ahead more than 25 years later, today you’ll find Minardi utilizing the same skill set to evoke passion and success into the more than 7,000 employees of Whole Foods Market’s Northeast region, where she currently serves as president, overseeing the operation of 30 stores, with an additional 15 stores in development in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas. Minardi’s career with Whole Foods Market began more than 19 years ago as she ascended up the ranks from associate store team leader, to her current role at the helm of one of the busiest and highest-grossing regions for the rapidly growing nationwide leader in natural and organic supermarkets. @minardic
