CAROL LEE MITCHELL is the head of small business, specialty, and consumer vehicle lending strategy at Bank of America. Her responsibilities include building and investing in business growth related initiatives and creating an excellent client experience for business owners by driving innovation and investment into strategic growth efforts including but not limited to community efforts and strategic partnerships for minority and women business owners. Mitchell is passionate about the development of equitable opportunities for women leaders. She is often called upon to share her perspectives on a variety of business owner topics by national and local media outlets like Fox, NBC, ABC, and others. She is also a lecturer at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania committed to working with future business leaders and was recently named one of the 2023 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business by the Asian American Business Development Center (AABDC).
