BEVERLY MILLER is an experienced professional with 15 years of experience in talent acquisition. Miller started her career as a recruiting coordinator and has since progressed to more senior roles in talent acquisition. This diverse experience has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of recruitment strategies and practices across different industries. She has worked in various industries, including technology, telecom, industrial manufacturing, and pharma, in both corporate and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) capacities. In 2018, she joined Merck and currently serves as the global talent acquisition, associate director for MERCK’s Manufacturing Division. She holds a BS in advertising from New York Institute of Technology and an MBA in human resources management from LaSalle University. Beyond her professional endeavors, Beverly and her husband Chris are avid supporters of their children, Emma and Luke, whether they’re on the Rugby field, Water Polo stands, or pursuing other passions.
