Beth Rubino
Beth Rubino is executive vice president of human resources and workplace services for QVC, Inc. She oversees all talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, communications, business continuity, corporate social responsibility and total rewards for QVC, Inc. globally. Additionally, Rubino is responsible for employee relations, client services, community affairs, security, environmental health and safety, facilities and food services at QVC’s global headquarters in West Chester, PA. Previously she served as QVC senior vice president of human resources for the US. Prior to that she was the vice president of human resources operations and services, supporting nearly 10,000 team members within the call and distribution centers. Prior to joining QVC in 1995, Rubino served as general manager of the Philadelphia call center for PECO Energy. She earned her B.A. in business from Ursinus College (Collegeville, PA), an M.A. in organizational development and training from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, and a certificate from the Executive Development Program at the Harvard Business School.
