Beth Hanssens

Beth Hanssens is chief financial officer for the 24-hour preschool television channel, Sprout. An accomplished professional with more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, Hanssens oversees the company’s overall budget and financial planning. She is the primary liaison to Sprout’s board of directors, audit committee and managing partner on all operational and financial matters. Prior to joining Sprout, Hanssens served for eight years at Comcast Corporation in various roles of increasing responsibility. She was named “CFO of the Year” in the small company category by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2010 and in 2011 was awarded the Smart CXO award by the Philadelphia Smart CEO magazine. Hanssens earned a B.S. in business administration from Drexel University. She is also a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute- Class XXII. @SproutChannel
