ANGELA R. SCHAUL is director of retail operations and stores for Fine Wine & Good Spirits, the retail arm of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, throughout her career Schaul has had the opportunity to work for women-centric brands including Gymboree, Ann Taylor INC., and Justice. She helped launch the Ann Taylor LOFT brand in Canada and embraced “girl power” in leading stores for Justice, celebrating the importance of building self-esteem and confidence in tween girls. Schaul is now responsible for leading about 5,000 team members across 580 retail locations. She works to cultivate a people-first culture, creating success by encouraging her teams to work hard, treat people with respect, and do the right thing. By investing in people, promoting their individual talents, and taking the time to learn how each team member can influence the business, Schaul takes pride in creating an environment of trust, empowerment and, most importantly, fun.
