Andrea Ramsey

Andrea Ramsey is part of EY’s Americas Inclusiveness Center of Excellence.  She works with the Americas inclusiveness officer to develop and implement the diversity and inclusiveness strategy. In this capacity, Ramsey works closely with senior leaders, EY member firm partners and all EY people to leverage the diversity that each person brings to the table. She is the project leader for the Americas Inclusiveness advisory council, chaired by Steve Howe and Karyn Twaronite, and she serves as the lead diversity and inclusiveness COE field consultant to the advisory and tax service lines.  Ramsey joined EY 10 years ago as part of the organizational development group in the role of inclusiveness and flexibility leader for the firm’s largest region, the Northeast.  Prior to joining EY, Ramsey was an HR generalist at Wenner Media. Ramsey earned a B.A. in psychology, with minors in sociology, women’s studies and African studies from New York University, and an M.A. in organizational psychology, from Columbia University’s Teachers’ College. @eynews
