ALLYSON SACCOMANDI, M.Ed. is the director of leadership and organizational development at Temple Health. She is a highly accomplished, innovative human resource and learning executive, with experience spanning multiple industries including healthcare, financial services, higher education, and manufacturing. While her experience covers all HR disciplines, her passion lies in leadership development where she has a demonstrated track record of aligning human resource initiatives with business goals to optimize performance. Her experience coaching and developing executives, leaders, and intact teams to achieve their full potential is extensive.
