About the Conference 

The Pennsylvania Conference for Women is the largest conference for women in the Commonwealth. It is dedicated to advancing women in the workplace and creating a community of women supporting women.

  • It is the 20th anniversary of the Conference, which has been meeting annually since 2004. 
  • It is the first year the Conference is being held fully back in-person since the pandemic.
